Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Every customer gets your Google link – we never hide it from unhappy customers (that's called review gating and Google doesn't allow it). The private feedback option is simply offered alongside.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes – your review link comes from it. In your profile choose “Ask for reviews” or “Share review form” and copy the link.
What about GDPR?
Only add customers who've visited you. Every message has an opt-out link and opted-out customers are never contacted again.
Can I cancel?
Any time. No contract.
