Privacy notice

DeskKit Reviews is part of DeskKit Tools, run from Belfast, Northern Ireland. This notice explains what we do with personal data.

Business owners

We store your name, business details, email address and a securely hashed password so you can use the service. Payments for your plan are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.

Your customers

When you add customers (for example names, emails or phone numbers), you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf only to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis to contact them. Customers can ask not to be contacted again and we honour that automatically where the tool supports it.

Where data is kept

Data is stored with Cloudflare. We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact the business you dealt with, or us via the DeskKit website.
